Job Title: Events Intern

Job Description:
1. Draft and handle paperwork & documentation
2. Assist in sourcing, procurement, inventory control of liaison with vendors of corporate items /gifts;
3. Ad-hoc task based upon managers request.
4. Daily press clippings monitoring/reporting
5. Assist in compiling event report and monthly report
6.Research and proposal drafting
7.Proofreading and simple write-up
8.Onsite support for corporate/media events

Job Requirement:
1.Education background: junior student ,major in journalism , public relation ,financial & economics is preferred;
2.Proficient in both oral and written English;
3.Good communication and interpersonal skills ,and can work under great pressure;
4.A minimum of 3 days’ working time must to be guaranteed to ensure the exertion of job responsibilities

2．英语熟练
3．较强的人际沟通能力

5．每周至少工作三天，持续至少三个月，时间越长越好
