1.本科及以上学历（不含在校生），五官端正
2.认真踏实，有责任心和比较好的沟通能力
3.英语较好，因为工作中大部分文件和材料都会是英文，口语最起码要保证日常的交流没有问题，因为经常会有外籍客户
4.对银行柜台工作有兴趣，并愿意长期从事此行业
