Global Service Delivery
Within HSBC Technology and Services, Global Service Delivery is a business-aligned, customer-servicing organization with the primary objective of driving operational excellence across our businesses worldwide. Achieving this through the consolidation, simplification and continuous improvement of processes across the full range of HSBC operations, the division simultaneously takes responsibility for managing operational, location and processing risk and ensuring that services provided are at a best-in-class price point for the required quality level.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role. In this role, you will:
l  To handle all outward TT and DD applications and ensure authorization authenticated and customer account debited properly prior to release of outward TT/DDs.
l  To well understand and comply with the rules and regulations stipulated by SAFE/PBOC/CBRC and verify the documents by the following procedures
l  To handle customer enquiries/queries over the counter/telephone courteously and refer to supervisor when problem encountered.

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
l  Bachelor degree or above (recognized by the state)
l  Good understanding of banking rules and regulations
l  Strong sense of responsibility
l  Good communication and interpersonal skill
l  Good written and spoken English
l  Good computer skill
