银行招聘职位:Training Project Assistant (Contract Staff)(上海)

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide administrative support to project and training logistics including notice, facility, handouts, payment process and etc.
- Maintain record system including information import, data management, system test and etc.
- Assist Training Manager on training delivery including material preparation, on-site support, evaluation summary and etc.
- Prepare training record report and conduct relevant data analysis
- Other task coordination and daily work support for Training & Development Team
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree, with 1 to 3 years working experience, banking industry or training related experience is preferred
- Fast learner, detail-oriented and well-organized
- Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to teamwork
- Good English writing ability, speaking is a plus
- Strong PC skills including EXCEL, PPT, WORD and etc.
