Intern in Trade Finance Department:
a) Able to come at least 4 days a week for at least 3 3 months period - so we prefer a post graduate student
b) Familiar with excel and power point
c) Comfortable with English – read & write
d) Main responsibilities
a. to set up MIS ( Management Information System) reports for business units
b. to consolidate and prepare performance reports of team members and business units
c. to provide meeting support during weekly team meetings – report consolidation , minutes writing , follow up on action points
d. to develop a standardized pitch book for the two businesses
e. to support the team assistant in basic documentation as and when required
f. any other ad hoc projects and assignments
Intern in Human Resources Department:
Job Description
- Support HR recruitment: job posting, interview arrangement, etc.
- Assist for HR Admin on staff on-board and off-board process
- Key in and maintain HR data
- Responsible for HR filing and documentation
- Support day-to-day HR operation
Requirement
- Post graduate, HR related major is preferred
- At least 4 days attendance per week
- Fluent English
- Good command of word, excel and PowerPoint
- Good team player and detail-oriented
