大华银行广州分行实习生职位描述： 
要求如下：
- 广州本科 / 研究生在读
- 金融经济 / 管理 / 英语专业相关
- 可保证每周3-5天工作时间
- 实习期保证3个月以上

Main Responsibilities
1. Provide administrative support to department where needed;
2. Coordinate department activities and schedules, ensure smooth office operations.
3. Review and summarize miscellaneous reports and documents, prepare background documents as necessary.
4. Provide follow up to assignments, generate tracking / status report on regular basic.
5. Draft or prepare various documents and presentations by using proper applications.
Competencies and Qualifications Desired
1. Proficient in both oral and written English.
2. Team player, detail oriented, patient, good communication skills.
3. Feel comfortable to deal with daily admin works and provide assistance to the team.
4. Able to work at least 4 days/week for at least 3 months, can start to work as soon as possible
