    Scope of Role:

    This role is responsible for developing & implementing best practices in risk
    management area that supports risk initiatives, which include but are not limi
    ted to, portfolio management, regular reporting and collection strategy.  This
     role will participate in risk analyses, scorecard development and strategic c
    ustomer-centric views for the purpose of improving portfolio quality. 

    Key Responsibilities/Challenges:
    ·Develop enhanced Credit Analytic capability within each asset product, to cl
    early and concisely track emerging and coincident performance vs. expectation,
     risk concentration.
    ·Improve and maintain the standard of tracking on Consumer portfolios.
    ·Ongoing development / improvement and communication of clear, relevant and a
    daptable credit risk policies to support and influence strategy.
    ·Proactive management of the Credit Risk process through the development of t
    he necessary models and control mechanisms to enable accurate monitoring and f
    orecasting.
    ·Identify early warning signals and risks/ opportunities in the portfolio and
     suggest policy changes / remedial actions.

    Selection Criteria:
    ·Degrees in disciplines with strong quantitative background, e.g. Statistics,
     Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, Sciences and Engineering, etc.
    ·Experiences with SAS or a major technical development programming languages
    ·Basic knowledge in Credit analysis and the principles of credit risk managem
    ent
    ·Good communication skills
    ·Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making and financial management
     skills.
