Intern – data analysis and customer profiling
Business / Role Purpose
This role will support the customer-centric digital strategy to enhance the ef
fectiveness of digital channels and campaigns by robust metrics and reporting.
Job Duties:
Data tools and framework
- Develop a structured monitoring and analytic framework for digital channels
and campaigns
- Implement and use analytical tools to develop customer analytics and build a
d hoc reports
- Set up automated reporting across multiple data sources
Analyses
-Ongoing monitor digital channel and campaign performance and drive learning t
o continuously enhance the decision process and effectiveness
-Work with business units to develop more in-depth analysis
-Manage a designated customer portfolio and support customer segmentation to c
lassify customer and to understand customer behavior
Qualification:
Background and Working Experience
- Bachelor degree or above; major in statistics or MIS
- Data analysis experience is preferred, ideally from consumer bank, credit ca
rd, or brands which utilize multi-channels to drive sales
Technical Skill
- Position requires knowledge of relational database principles
- Desired software skills include SQL, SAS or at least MS Access and Excel
Language
-Good command of written , spoken English and Chinese;
Others
- Have strong analytical skills and business acumen
- Be able to communicate effectively
- Highly self-motivated and well prepared to take on challenges
- Internet savvy
