中国农业银行校园招聘笔试英语及性格测试考试内容分析

　　中国农业银行校园招聘考试英语部分每年约考80题；考试时间为55分钟。考试内容类似于托业，TOEIC托业考试的试题是从世界上所有在工作环境中使用英语的国家收集，从口语和写作语言的样本中开发出来的，托业考试内容涵盖了广泛的日常商务活动。

　　农业银行校园招聘考试英语部分常考题型有完成句子、短文填空、阅读理解。

　　1）完成句子（单项选择题）涉及到一些语法，句子结构，词语辨义，时态，代词用法。

　　答案：C【解析】固定搭配和某人讲话，have a word with sb. 选C

　　2）短文填空；文章的类型报包括电子邮件、书信和新闻等。

　　性格测试及认知能力测试

　　在中国农业银行校园招聘考试中，除了重点考察英语、EPI、综合能力测试以外，在机考的开头或会结尾还考察了性格测试：考察内容一般为Saville ConsultingWave；Saville ConsultingWave（个性和职场行为风格测评）是由世界著名的测评内容提供商Saville Consulting UK Ltd.研发的个性测评产品，可全方面评估个体在性格、才能、动机、胜任力特征和企业文化及环境适应五个方面的特征和倾向，从而预测个体的职场行为风格。

　　需要注意的是：性格测试部分一般不算分，但是会提交每个人的性格测试报告给招聘单位，供招聘单位参考。
