1. Active Manage the pool of securities and capital
2. Execute client security lending and leverage requests.
3. Leading the efforts to build the margin finance platform and expend the products/clients base
4. Responsible for the liquidation of the portfolio upon the request from firm risk group
任职资格：
Bachelor degree or above, preference for finance related major.
Relevant experience as a dealer in domestic stock market is a plus
License of securities trading
Good market sense and in-depth knowledge in domestic capital market
Knowledgeable in cash equity and derivatives trading, clearance, settlement
Good sense of capital market movement
Hedging and execution of various products
Effective communicator with good English ability
Detail-oriented
Quick-minded and quick handed
A good team player
