2007年11月21号渣打银行电话面经

我人在国外，申的是IG项目，北京时间11月21号下午4：55的电面。在这里列出被问的问题，希望对最近面试的同学有帮助（不按提问的顺序）：

1、why SCB? and why IG?

2、how do you define success?

3、how do you evaluate your success after IG program?

4、what do you think banks do?

5、what will you do in a new placement?

6、when you are a new comer, if you find an improvement for your team project, what will you do?

7、how will you get along with tough teammates?

8、Your three strenghs

9、how can you get yourself familiar with the job in a new position?

10、what is your personal aim for future career?

11、what do you think is a good service?

12、do you like work under pressure,with intensity?

最后hrgg说面试过程结束，还有一个其他问题：are you open-minded with both IG and CEL programs?

整个面试用了26分钟，从手机显示看。不过第一个问题刚答到三分之二左右，电话断了，hrgg重新打来，接着面。这样算来总共半个小时大概。个人感觉，提前准备很有必要。感谢论坛和所有分享自己经历的同学，基本上所有的问题都包括了。即使不把每个问题都练着回答一遍，也最好列个提纲出来，知道从哪几方面回答，不然在面试的瞬间很难组织起有效的逻辑。
