一开始是用中文寒暄，面的叫Joe，口语是typical的chinglish。
问了十一个问题。基本上网上都有的。都提早写好了稿子。
1.What attracts you to SCB and this program?
2.What makes you feel successful?
3.What do you think are excellent customer services?
4.If you find out improvements, what is your action as a junior member?
5.Do you like to work under high pressure and intensity?
6.As a junior member, how could you contribute to the bank?
7.What are the three strengths that will help you succeed in the business?
8.How would you learn things in a new placement?
9.If you join a team, you will be with different people, what are your tacti
cs?(大概是这样，当时晃了一下，结果就开始神吹了……）
10.What kind of career do you like to have?
11.How do you get support when you want to make changes happen?
最后再补一个额外的，是否对IGP和CEL这两个program都open minded。
（为什么要问我这个问题呀……我这么international的经验还问我去不去CEL……囧…
…）
