Job Description
Develop a sound infrastructure aimed at building up a strong RBWM clientele for further market penetration and to explore business development opportunities of HACN's RBWM on the mainland by formulating the overall RBWM Sales & Distribution Business Strategic plan
Leads and manages the development of Mainland RBWM business and enlarge HACN's market share in Mainland
Oversee the sales force management and ensure the effective delivery of service & sales strategies
Oversee the Call Centre Channel as a supplement to the existing sales & distribution with optimal utilization of Centre's resources
Strengthen service & sales culture and contribute to win bank-wide commitment for sustainable development of Mainland RBWM business
Ensure that all compliance and control measures relevant to Mainland RBWM Business are undertaken
Incumbent Requirements
University Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline
Minimum 10 years' banking experience in branch and selling retail banking and investment products ( at least 5 years' experience in leading and managing a sales team )
Strong leadership , communication and interpersonal skills
A proven leader, doer and team player.
Strong drive to win in a tough competitive environment and ability to work under pressure and tight time frame
Proficiency in English and Mandarin
