Responsibilities:
1.To conduct site inspection to potential site report on findings as per site selection form.
2.To co-ordinate with consultants for fitting-out and renovation projects.
3.To sort out the solutions for construction details of projects.
4.To call tender for project and analyze the tender price for tender report..
5.To monitor the project as per planned schedule and ensure fulfillment of statutory requirements.
6.To monitor the project cost and ensure proper procedures of variation approval as per operations manual.
7.To ensure all required document and project process are carried out as per DIB.
8.To maintain the as-built drawings and layout plans of completed projects.
9.To monitor all maintenance contracts and works are executed efficiently to the best interest of the Bank.
10.To conduct site inspection to existing premises and spot for any defects in relating to facility management and rectification of all those defects.
11.To provide support to the branch/sub-branches to solve their facility management issues.
Requirements:
1.Diploma holder major in related disciplines such as interior design or Architecture.
2.More than six years working experiences in designing and project management.
3.Use of Auto CAD, photoshop software.
4.Familiar with site checking procedures.
