Intern for HSBC Procurement (GPU)职位描述： 
  Internship Period : 6 months

Estimated service starting and close date : 1 March to 31 August 2012

Job Duties :

- This position will be hired to support HSBC Procurement (GPU) department, under supervision of Procurement Manager ;
- Main job duties include :
1. Filing corporate procurement contracts for China headquarters and all branches in Mainland China, make necessary registration record accordingly;
2. To Act as contract coordinator in working with corporate vendors ;
3. To serve the Bank departments and functions as a stationery purchasing coordinator ;
4. To complete any other miscellaneous or administration related work assigned by line manager or any team colleagues;
- On-job training and necessary coaching will be provided upon necessarily requirement.

Requirements :

- Mainland China local university student (hold of China PRC ID Card) ;
- Good commend of English, both spoken and written language ;
- Good communication ability and influencing and negotiation skills ;
- Good team player and strong customer-focus ;
- Mandatory service requirement : at least 3 days per week.
