华博国际商业及管理有限公司(下称华博公司)是一家充满活力的新公司,致力于促进中国与葡语国家之间的商贸合作。尽管公司在北京刚刚成立,它却是依赖于其创始人在该领域中18年的经验积累。公司创始人是亚洲某著名的贸易投资促进政府机构的前任主席,在他超过10年的在位时间里,为中葡经济关系的建立起了先驱性的作用。

行政助理:
- 本科或上学历
- 一年以上的相关工作经验
- 熟练掌握办公室应用软件(特别是Excel和PowerPoint)
- 能够承受较大的工作压力,懂得按照优先级别处理事情
- 优秀的人际交往、组织协调及表达沟通能力
- 良好的中文及英文水平

项目经理:
- 本科或上学历,工商管理、市场营销、经济或相关专业
- 三年以上的国际商务、国际贸易或相关工作经验
- 以客户为导向,并有着健谈的外表
- 能够承受较大的工作压力,懂得按照优先级别处理事情
- 具团队精神、积极主动并拥有较强的适应力
- 良好的中文及英文水平,懂葡语更佳

SinoVenture is a highly motivated start-up company dedicated to promote business between China and Portuguese-speaking countries. Despite being a newly created company in Beijing, it relies on 18 years experience in the field by its founder. He is the former President of a prestigious trade and investment promotion government agency inAsia, position held for more than 10 years, establishing a pioneer endeavor on the Sino-Luso economic relations.

As a result, SinoVenture counts on a broad business and political network that extends throughout four different continents between countries linked by a common language and shared cultural features: South America (Brazil), Europe (Portugal), Africa (Angola, Mozambique, Cape Verde, Guinea-Bissau, Sao Tome and Principe) and
Southeast Asia (East Timor).

In Brazil, our President is the Special Advisor for China's Affairs of the Sao Paulo Chamber of Commerce. In China, he is a Senior Visiting Scholar at Tsinghua University and an authority in the expansion and development of commercial relations between the Chinese and the Portuguese-speaking countries.

SinoVenture offers you as a young and expanding company a multicultural atmosphere in which you can prove and improve your organizational skills. Because of the nature of our business, you will do more than only word and mail processing or managing appointments and schedules. As our company is in its early stage, you will have an important role in the development of the administrative duties and take part of shaping business processes, protocols and etiquette. Executive Assistant:
- University Degree
- At least 1 year relevant work experience
- Must be proficient in Microsoft office applications (specially
Excel and PowerPoint)
- Able to work under pressure and manage priorities
- Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
- Fluency in Chinese and English

Project Manager:
- Degree in business / marketing / economics or comparable fields
of study
- 3 years relevant experience in international trade / business or
comparable work experience
- Customer orientation and a conclusive, communicative appearance
- Able to work under pressure and manage priorities
- Team spirit, high mobility and resilience
- Fluency in business English and Chinese, Portuguese is a plus
