Research Sampling Specialist

Research Sampling Specialists are detail-oriented professionals who use their analytical talents to design and implement sampling strategies for various research projects with our client organizations. They work in our workplace and customer practice areas with a focus on employee engagement studies, human performance outcomes, and customer engagement practices.
Key responsibilities include:
· Providing strong analytical insights through experience in survey research sampling
· Produce effective screeners, quantitative questionnaires, and topic guides
· Processing data utilizing a market research analysis tool, i.e. SPSS
· Conduct sampling theories and basic statistical tests
Partnering with internal associates and clients to strategically manage and align processes for project implementation
Consult with clients to develop solutions for sampling queries in situations that are complex
Assist in identifying and developing appropriate and creative sampling solutions
Qualifications
This position requires someone with:
· Degree in statistics, applied mathematics or behavioral sciences
· Experience in survey sampling and utilizing research databases
· Good computer programming skills
· Ability to manage multiple projects
· Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin
· You will need to be a China citizen or Permanent Resident
