1981年,法国兴业银行北京开设代表处,并在当时就预见中国经济增长的巨大前景。
27年后,法国兴业银行 (中国) 有限公司于2008年8月4日获得中国银行业监督委员会的批准成立,在中国市场建立外商独资银行。新成立的银行实体名称为法国兴业银行(中国) 有限公司, 为其母公司法国兴业银行集团的全资子公司。法国兴业银行(中国) 有限公司从2008年9月16日起正式开业。

Credit Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Undertake first level credit analysis, credit due-diligence and completion of credit
files.
- Expedite and monitor the credit file approval process.
- Evaluate credit facility requests from CRMs according to bank's risk appetite and
strategy based RAROC analysis or other appropriate methodology and
management initiatives.
- Verify data concerning approved facilities, credit commitment and outstanding.
- Report significant business events, financial trends, industry developments and
other relevant issues relating to financial position of clients.
- Review and assess client's credit risk rating at least annually, or as driven by
special events, using Starweb, Loan Studio or other analytical tools.
- Address inquiries from clients or internal parties timely and responsively.
- Maintain clear and updated documentation in all credit files including financial
statements, latest financial spreading, credit applications, validation records,
internal and correspondence, etc.
- Assist CRMs on completing KYC procedures as well as account opening
documents
- Assist in special credit related assignments and projects as required.
- Back up and support other corporate credit analysts as required by Team Head

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in finance or accounting disciplines
- Strong accounting and financial analysis skills
- Basic knowledge on commercial banking products is a plus
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
- English/Mandarin - Fluent in both speaking and writing
- Well versed in MS Office applications

Means of Payment
Responsibilities:
- To execute on the different payment systems (CNAPS, SWIFT) and to book in the core-banking system all payment operations:
internal direct debits
internal transfers with or without conversion
outward domestic transfers (within or cross-city)
outward international transfers
bills remittances (cheques, drafts, promissory notes)
bills preparation and presentation to the clearing house
settlement follow-up (rejection, reconciliation)
inward domestic transfer processing (checking, rejection, booking)

Multiple transfer processing
- To ensure the proper treasury management, in collaboration with the treasury department, for all operations

- To process the proper approval and reporting into the different legacy system (SAFE, PBOC, CBRC)

Trade Operations
Responsibilities:
- To advise export letter of credit received by mail or by SWIFT MT710
Searching beneficiary's information (telephone no., fax no. etc.) through internet and advise the LCs to customer directly as instructed. Forwarding the LCs to 2nd advising bank via SWIFT MT710
- To handle LC confirmation if requested by issuing bank
- To handle LC transferring as the request of the 1st beneficiary
- To maintain an accurate register of "L/C advising"
- To follow up unpaid advising fees
- To book the commissions and fees received into accounting system in timely manner
- To process the proper internal reporting
- To perform periodic "Permanent Supervision"
- To perform accounting reconciliation for "LC confirmation"
- To assist officer of the department to complete other irregular tasks assigned by the department head

Responsibilities:
- Process supplier invoices registration and clearance;
-General expenses booking and control;
-Fixed asset accounting and inventory making;
-Accounts reconciliation (Nostro accounts, bank accounts, exchanges, etc.);
-Suspense and sensitive accounts supervisions;
-Review General Ledger Accounts and solve the anomalies;
-Tax accounting and declarations;
-Perform month-end closing accounting tasks;
-Contribution to management reporting and dashboard;
-Coordinate with Back Office and other functional departments regarding accounting
processes;
-Archiving of invoices and accounting vouchers.

Requirements:
- Good knowledge of China Accounting Standard, IFRS and China Tax rules.

Network Administrator
Responsibilities:
-Install/Maintain/Support Cisco switches, routers and firewalls for SG China.
- Maintain and support in-country wan link, MAN links and LAN connections within SG China。
- Maintain and support the Cisco Voice system including office phone and call centre.
- Evaluate and propose improvements to the network/voice infrastructure in SG China.
- Work in close relationships with other GTS network administrators, to ensure Regional coherency of network setup and leverage of work globally done
- Be able to communicate to technical and non-technical staff in verbal and / or written form.
- Work under pressure and fast-paced environment to resolve issues quickly and ensure the stability and availability of the network/voice infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
- Remind team in a daily basis on the non-closed production issues status update
- Remind team in a daily basis on time filling on 2nd level support, test & release management
- Take over Incidents which cannot be solved immediately with the means of 1st Level Support (technical-wise).
- Make analysis with logs and try to solve according to severity
- Raise issues to vendors and follow up the progress with vendors
- Provide to IT project manager, AM and 3D help for installation of software ( vendor software, patches...)
- Ensure version management properly

Responsibilities:
-To maximize the sales of the bank's products, and to meet/exceed specific targets where appropriate;
-To hand over customer relationship properly to their Customer Relationship Managers;
