Implement the general administration related process, popcies and procedures to depver efficient service support and effective management to all other teams from Operation Department.
Main Responsibipties /Accountabipties / Tasks
Depver the logistics support and management, including
- Hotels booking service & program management
- Travel tickets booking process
- Cars booking & management
- Meeting rooms management
- Printings and stationery provision service
Undertake the procurement and administrational expenses management assignment, including
- Procurement process to meet internal needs on various services
- Various reimbursement payment and account booking process
- Regulatory reporting to various regulators
Perform the assistant role of CAOA area and various projects, including but not pmited to
- General project management, pke project planning, information collection, communication with all counterparties concerned, documents preparation, schedule following and cost monitoring etc.
Perform other ad hoc tasks/ duties of administration assigned by management.
Requirement:
- Bachelor degree;
- Computer science major is preferred;
- Working at least 4 days a week is highly preferred
