Relationship Manager
Job Descriptions:
Analyze Business Development Opportunity with prospect customers
Manage relationship with KBank's corporate and SME customers
Manage business relationship with KBank clients and offer the integrated financial solution under customer’s needs understanding in order to enhance customer profitability
Identify potential needs from current and new customers, develop individual accounts strategy, conduct sales visits/calls, and orchestrate the development of sales proposals, negotiations and sales closing.
Co-analyze the customer’s needs, associated risk and company status to develop the financial solution proposition under asset quality management
Perform closely credit monitoring in compliance with the bank’s policies or guidance
Understand and keep abreast of changes in applicable rules and regulations issued by relevant government authorities
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or Economics
Previous 2 - 5 years experience as relationship manager, credit officer, corporate finance, sale and marketing are valuable
Knowledge of industry analysis, financial instruments, credit and business analysis
Excellent English and Mandarin Chinese, written and spoken; hard-working; organized; diligent and possess strong leadership
Flexibility to work in multi-cultural environment
Assistant Relationship Manager
Job Descriptions:
To support relationship manager in marketing initiatives, deal execution and customer services;
To assist the preparation and follow up on all documentation relating to credit facilities, e.g. account opening, facility letter;
To co-ordinate the internal requirements from other departments such as operation, compliance, credit services etc. to ensure the full compliance in daily transaction;
To assist in liaising with customers on all issues relating to their account operations with Kasikornbank in China, and work with other departments within the bank to solve customers’ enquiries;
To perform simple financial analysis and assist in writing reviews if needed;
To assist in management reporting and updating information on the database.
Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in accounting, finance or related disciplines, overseas education background would be a plus;
1- 2 years banking related working experience, preferably in banking operation / credit operation;
Good command of spoken and written English, able to work in an English environment;
Analytical thinking and detail oriented, with great sense of customer services as well as teamwork;
Proactive, has strong sense of responsibility and commitment to the bank;
Sound knowledge in MS. Office, especially in word, excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Credit Services Officer
Job Descriptions:
Conduct post-approval lending process including but not limited to prepare, verify, and check the completeness of loan contracts, collateral contracts and relevant contracts in accordance with credit approval comply with bank regulations, policy and standards;
Help design the post-approval process to enhance the efficiency and comprehensiveness;
Receive and check the completeness of credit & collateral documents to ensure the accuracy & completeness to comply with bank regulations, policy and standards;
Complete the mortgage / pledge collateral process with customer;
Prepare debit advice including calculate interest and prepare relevant documents for receive interest / reimbursement;
Perform in the system as order about account set-up including changing interest rate/ receive interest or reimbursement;
Provide monthly quarterly and relevant reports to comply with CBRC , PBOC regulations and standards;
Develop/improve relevant contracts to comply with bank regulations, policy and standards;
Coordinate with relevant agencies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree or above with major in law;
At least 1- 2 years experience in credit management;
Detail oriented, cautious, self-initiative, organized, diligent;
Excellent English and Mandarin Chinese, written and spoken;
Flexibility to work in multi-cultural environment.
