1. 协助本行业组分析师维护行业组基础研究数据；
Supporting sector analysts to maintain basic research data;
2. 协助本行业其他同事进行行业内细分子行业的研究；
Assisting sector colleagues to conduct sub-sector research;
3. 协助行业组同事、股销销售完成调研、路演等普通客户服务准备工作；
Assisting sector colleagues and equity salespersons to lay necessary groundwork for general client services, such as surveys, roadshows, etc.;
4. 协助处理与其他业务线的协同对接等。
Fulfilling coordination tasks with other business lines.

1. 国内2021年应届生及海外2020/2021年毕业生，全日制硕士及以上学历；
2021 Master and PhD graduates from domestic universities，and 2020/2021 Master and PhD graduates from overseas universities;
2. 专业不限，财经、金融、会计、量化策略、文旅酒店、教育、纺织服饰、轻工、农林牧渔、商业零售、生物医药、食品饮料、汽车、电力设备、机械、军工、家电、前瞻研究、电子、通信、传媒、计算机、银行业、非银金融、有色金属、石油石化、基础化工、煤炭、钢铁、房地产、建筑、公用环保、交通运输、人工智能和数据类类关专业优先；
No restriction on majors, but preferably majoring in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Quantitative Strategy, Culture, Tourism & Hotel, Education, Textile and Apparel, Light Industry, Agriculture, Retail, Health Care, Food and Beverage, Auto, Power Equipment, Machinery, Defense, Home Appliance, Innovative Technology, Electronics, Telecom, Media, Computer, Banks, Insurance, Non-ferrous Metals, Petroleum & Petrochemical, Chemical, Coal, Steel, Real Estate, Construction, Utilities, Transportation , AI & Data Science;
3. 具备较强的自驱力、可在高强度和高压力情况下工作；
Strong self-motivation, capable of high intensity work under high pressure;
4. 具备快速学习能力、良好的沟通表达能力、逻辑分析能力，性格外向；
Quick learner, excellent communication skills and logical analysis ability, outgoing personality;
5. 良好的英语听说读写能力。

1. 参与需求分析、数据建模、数据分析、数据处理等工作；
Participating in the requirement analysis, data modeling, analysis and processing,etc.;
2. 协助业务和事务运营流程的设计、开发与维护；
Assisting in the design, implementation and maintenance of the business and affairs operation workflows of the Department;
3. 协助部门跨境平台的设计、开发、运营等工作。
Assisting in the design, development, operating of the global platform of the Department.

1. 2021年毕业，全日制硕士及以上学历的在校生；
2021 Master and PhD graduates from domestic universities，and 2020/2021 Master and PhD graduates from overseas universities;
2. 计算机科学、软件工程、电子与通信、数据科学、人工智能、金融工程等相关专业；
Majoring in computer science, software engineering, electronic and communication engineering, data science, AI, financial engeering or related field;
3. 熟练掌握常用应用开发或数据分析软件/语言；
Proficiency in common application development or data analysis software/languages;
4. 具有良好的沟通能力、学习能力，分析判断能力，良好的职业素养与团队合作意识。
