财务部负责公司的会计和财务管理工作。会计工作主要包括公司各项业务的日常会计核算，编制各类会计报表、监管和统计报表，准备公司公开信息披露相关财务资料等，保证公司会计信息的及时、准确、完整提供；财务管理工作主要包括预算管理、税务管理、自有银行账户和日常费用管理、资本性支出管理、会计监督、财务分析等，在有效控制财务相关风险的前提下，促进公司财务资源的有效配置和经营效率的提升。 The Finance Department is in charge of the accounting and financial management work of the Company. Accounting work mainly includes the daily book keeping, preparation of various accounting statements and regulatory and statistics forms, preparation of information disclosure of relevant financial materials and so on of the various businesses of the Company and the guarantee of prompt, accurate and complete provisions of the accounting information of the Company; and financial management work mainly includes budget management, tax management, management of self-owned bank accounts and daily expenses, capital expenditure management, accounting supervision, financial analysis and so on. The aim is to improve the effective allocation of financial resource and the improvement of operating efficiency of the Company.

1. 完成各类日常财务分析工作，对公司整体经营情况进行常态化分析监测；
Regular financial analysis work including monitoring and analyzing company's operations；
2. 开展各类专题分析，聚焦经营管理中关注的重点问题，深入剖新，为管理决策提出意见建议；
In-depth analysis on specific topics to support management decisions to solve problems in-focus;
3. 开展行业及同业对标分析，关注行业发展趋势，通过对标分析公司业务竞争力情况，为业务发展提供参考；
Industry benchmarking analysis, trend analysis, and core competency analysis for business development;
4. 参与部门重点专项工作，根据工作要求参与各类专项工作，包括工作方案起草、总结报告撰写、会议材料准备等；
Parcitipate in department specific work including work plan, work summary and meeting materials etc.;
5. 完成各类对外材料提供工作，包括各类上级单位要求的分析材料及数据报送、监管问询、投资者问答等；
Provide external materials required by regulators, investors and other external organizations;
6. 建立完善财务分析数据库，做好数据积累，参与财务分析系统化工作。

1. 国内2021年应届生及海外2020/2021年毕业生，全日制硕士及以上学历在校生，财务、金融、经济等各类专业；
2021 Master and PhD graduates from domestic universities，and 2020/2021 Master and PhD graduates from overseas universities, major in finance and economics is preferred;
2. 优秀的学习能力，强烈的成就动机，较强的抗压能力；
Outstanding learning ability, highly motivated and able to work under stress;
3. 较强的逻辑分析能力，良好的沟通、表达能力；
Strong logical, analytical, communication, and presentation skills;

1. 按照公司境内外一体化管理要求，监督落实公司各类财务政策、管理要求在境外的执行与实施；
Monitor and manage the execution of Company's financial policies and management requirements abroads;
2. 做好公司境外财务数据的收集整理，建立境外财务数据库；
Collect overseas finacial data and consolidate into database;
3. 开展公司境外财务分析，包括日常分析及各类专题分析，为公司境外业务发展提供参考；
Overseas financial analysis including regular-basis analysis as well as specific analysis to support Company's overseas business development;
4. 跟踪国际一流投行发展动态，开展与境外投行及中资券商的对标，分析公司跨境业务竞争力情况；
Keep track of top-tier global investment banks to provide benchmarking analysis and core competency analysis;
5. 参与跨境业务预算管理及绩效考核工作，包括预算编制、绩效跟踪、预算执行分析、绩效考核结果确定等；
Participate in cross-border management including budgeting, performance tracking, budget execution analysis etc.;
6. 参与公司跨境财务信息系统建设，包括提出系统需求、讨论系统方案、系统测试、系统应用及优化等。
