　　工作职责： 　　1、及时准确对接开户流程，指导客户及销售准备材料、提交系统审批、跟进协议用印、材料归档等业务流程；2、对接基础业务需求，协助客户或销售与中后台同事对接材料及进度；3、协助部门同事差旅事宜，预定机票酒店、处理费用报销；4、协调安排会议、面试、培训、团队活动等；5、负责新员工入职手续、权限申请、物品采购等基础行政工作；6、领导及销售交代的其他临时工作。 　　任职资格： 　　1、全日制大学本科或以上学历，专业不限（经济、金融类相关专业更好）；2、有证券、银行、保险等相关行业工作经验者优先；3、责任心强、认真细致、严谨耐心、积极乐观；4、优秀的学习能力、分析解决问题能力、勤奋好学的态度；5、思路清晰、上手迅速、具备科学高效的时间管理能力；6、良好的组织协调、沟通协作能力； 　　7、抗压能力强、能够有条不紊跟进多个项目进度。
