a. Can speak/ write in English and Chinese
b. Good oral and written communication
c. Good organization skills
d. Ideally finance/Economics major
e. Availability: ideally 5 days a week. If not possible, at least 4 days a week, at least 3 months 
f. Education level: ideally someone who already graduated college. Currently doing masters is good. 
g. Maturity level should be high. Good if they have previous internship experience. 

[B][Responsibilities] [/B]
1.    协助风险主管设计及修改最大风险敞口（贷款额度）计算模板；
2.    设计CMS（信贷风险管理系统）测试案例（利用现金流模板），并跟踪功能点测试及END-TO-END测试；
3.    参与微企授信政策的制定、修改及完善。
Ps.工作内容不一一详述，风险主管是一个台湾人，非常热情和善，很愿意教人。整个RISK是一个非常有爱的集体，CRO是英国人，而且很多同事都有海外背景，比较典型的外企工作环境，可以锻炼英语的听说能力。只要认真细心好学，可以学到很多东西，包括银行授信额度及流程中的术语（中英文）、信贷审批的各个阶段，各条业务线之间的区别联系，非常能学东西的一个部门。
