Job Responsibilities:
·Lead General Administration Team to provide efficient and timely logistic service to internal/external customers
·Ensure the smooth operations of daily office administration and security assurance
·Purchase and maintain office equipment, facility, stationary, and etc.
·Handle business license renewal and update
·Branch vehicle management
·Other ad hoc projects assigned by management
Requirements:
·Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience, preferably gained in foreign enterprises
·Good leadership, planning, communication and interpersonal skills, mature and independent
·Excellent customer service mindset, with the ability to work under pressure
·Proficiency in both Chinese and English, with good knowledge of PC application software
·Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of General Administration Officer
