Recruiting offer:
We are currently looking for full-time Business Analyst for our Shanghai office.

Job Description:
- assist to conduct industry and target company research
- assist in the completion of industry research reports, and investment reports
- assist with legal, financial and operational due diligence
- assist to conduct deal structuring, valuation of target company and other investment activities
- others

Requirement:
- Graduate from a top university, Bachelor degree or above, engineering background is preferred;
- Strong sense of conscientiousness and team-work spirit, honest, prudent and pragmatic;
- Good command of oral and written English and Mandarin;
- Excellent analytical ability and research skills;
- A quick leaner with strong interest in VC/PE and M&A business;
- Open-minded, detail-oriented;
- Highly motivated, and able to work under pressure to deadlines;
