As regarding the Building Efficiency business sector, Johnson Controls has earned an incredible customer base in China. It includes: the first-in-China LEED certified intelligent Eco-friendly office building, Beijing Prosper Centre; the tallest landmark in mainland China, Shanghai World Financial Centre; Guangzhou Higher Education Mega Center which is equipped with the largest Ice Thermal Energy Storage Cooling System in Asia and Shanghai Industrial Zone. Position Description

Job Title: Tax Analyst - International          

Department:      Corporate   Tax               

Reports To:    Manager, International Tax         
Direct Reports:       None

Primary Purpose:

Using established procedures and working under supervision of the Manager, International Tax, performs international tax compliance duties and related special projects, including support of other members of the Tax Department. Ensures compliance with tax laws and minimizes the tax burden of the company

Primary Duties:

1．Gathers, reviews, analyzes and assists with the reporting of financial information for the company's foreign owned companies with a view towards identifying tax reduction opportunities.

2．Performs U.S. tax compliance duties related to international operations.

3．Assists the Corporate Tax Department with such things as the preparation of US and PRC tax returns.

4．Participates in International and PRC tax planning.

5.  Assist with transfer pricing issues including documentation of transfer pricing as well as related preparation.

6．Other PRC and International tax issues.

Job Specifications: 

1. Bachelor's degree in accounting, tax, finance, financial management or other related. 

2. CET-6 and good English capability.

3. CPA certification preferred.

4. Customer service orientation.

5. Proven analytical and organizational skills.

6. Independent thinker and self-starter.

7. Good oral and written communication skills.

1、从识别减税机会的角度，收集、回顾、分析和协助报告财务数据给公司外资方；

2、执行与国际运作相关的美国税收规定的职责；

3、协助公司税务部门准备美国税及中国税的申报工作

4、参与国际税收及中国税收筹划工作；

5、协助公司准备关于转移定价的文件备案及相关筹划；

6、协助公司处理其他国际税务涉及事项；

职位要求

1、会计、税务、金融、财务管理等相关专业应届本科毕业生；

2、英语六级以上，良好的英文听、说、读、写能力；

3、有CPA证书者优先；

4、良好的客户服务意识；

5、具有分析和组织的技能；

6、善于独立思考，做事积极主动；

7、良好的口头和书面交流技巧；
