Job Duties:
To lead by example to drive growth in both new-to-bank and existing customers through clear customer contact strategies and by embracing a sales-focused culture
To develop and manage the trade-focused business development resources in Northern China by developing and using activity management and goal settings to ensure maximum profitability, ethnical sales, and attainment of strategic and operating objectives
To develop a well-resourced operational platform offering proactive support to all HBCN trade customers. Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate reporting for all relevant government and HSBC Group entities
To attract, develop, motivate and manage people resources for all middle office staff / trade sales staff.To monitor performance of all HBCN trade middle offices/ sales team and provide guidance to enhance the productivity, operating income and service standards
To coordinate and implement business arrangements / marketing programs with other business lines / countries / local affiliates to ensure the maximum returns from existing customer relationships and intra-Group trade business referrals
To achieve financial targets and protect the Bank from financial and operational loss. To assist superior in championing key nation-wide trade sales matters
