职位描述:
Job Purpose
-Response to department’s daily work management, keep department’s work with high efficiency.
-Support operation manager on staff management and work arrangement
Key Responsibilities
-Counter management, keep a good bank profile.
-Double check cash transaction and manage cash supply.
-Double check inward and outward remittance transactions.
-Responsible for treasury settlement operation.
-Responsible for the data checking and reporting at accounts system, anti-money laundry system, foreign debt reporting system and balance of payments system.
-Prepare department, MIS reports, double check reports to PBOC ,SAFE and other regulators, ensure the correctness of above reports
-Monitor and report irregular cases
-Coordinate with other departments
Requirements
-Bachelor degree or above majoring in finance of related discipline.
-Minimum 4 years work experience with 2 years management experience.
-Through understand cash management, remittance and other operations related to Customer service
-Familiar with banking laws/regulations/policy
-Understand internal policy and work procedure
-Good communication skills, flexible, able to work under pressure
-Fluent in English
