-To plan and manage the entire sales and marketing process in the sales platform
-To deliver sales results according to PB budget plan
-To monitor the daily sales performance of branches
-To explore customer and market potentials in different locations
-To design sales incentive for both Relationship Manager and Direct Sales
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-To build up a strong sales team both RM and Direct Sales, for sales delivery
-To deliver sales results by managing sales teams in different locations
-To monitor sales performance
-To ensure sales focus are in accordance with PB requirement.
-To ensure sales activities are up to compliance requirement
-To work with Marketing to organize promotion activities
-To keep Management updated on competitive environment
-To design and execute sales incentive plan to RM and Direct Sales
-To minimize staff turnover rate and maintain a good pipeline management for each sales position category.
-To work with product teams on sales / product training
-To ensure sales competency are embedded for each sales function
-To ensure professional qualification and continued development of his/her staff members
-To work with Service Manager on service quality delivery at all sales functions
-To work with Business Banking for cross-selling programs
