职位描述：
Job Title: OPS teller Clerk
Report to PBC OPS Manager, PBC Beijing
Location:银行招聘网-www.yinhangzhaopin.com
? Beijing
Job Scope:
? To keep good control of cash transactions over counter & provide good service for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
? To float cash from/to cashier.
? To check cash box.
? To monitor cash funding.
? To handle customer’s cash deposits and cash withdrawals.
? To do regular transactions including FCY exchange, transfers, cash advance.
? To balance cash at day end and return cash with teller box to cashier.
? To help customer filling in various kinds of instructions and remittance instructions.
? To check customer’s balance, issuing balance certificate and bank reference letter.
? To answer customer’s all kinds of enquiries over counter and pass over their instructions to relevant departments for further processing.
? To sell bank financial products and promote PB’s service over counter.
? To make regulator report and handle SAFE CNY conversion system.
