职位描述：
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Be able to identify client requirements and proactively sell a full range of bank product.
Manage and develop relationship with Japanese corporate clients base with the objective to maximize earnings to the bank in concert with Parent Account Managers in Japan
Initiate and implement new target market names and product business opportunities to expand and diversify revenue streams within X-border constraints
Develop and conduct sound credit judgment in maintaining quality assets for the bank
Articulate client requirements and market trends through client contacts and feedback to product partners
Coach subordinates to bring them up the learning curve and to become valuable assets of the bank
Work together with other staff in different locations in enhancing teamwork across the country

Frequent travel around China
