职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
Identify and visit target/potential customers for the expansion of the Bank’s Personal Financial Services business
Make telemarketing calls and conduct outreach sales activities such as road shows to help grow customer base
Provide quality phone banking services and handle customer enquiries
Requirements:
College degree or above
Minimum of one year's experience in sales or customer service, preferably gained in foreign banks, and a solid network with retail banking customers in Fuzhou
Strong customer service orientation, outgoing personality, and good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure
Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with good knowledge of PC application software
Willingness to work shifts
