职位描述:
JOB SCOPE
To acquire qualified customer for account opening
To provide financial planning tools to customers and offer suitable investment products for customers’ choice
To build and maintain excellent relationships with customers
To deliver assigned individual sales goals on number of customers acquired, business volume, and revenue
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer account opening and after sales services
To offer deposits and investment products to customers
To provide Financial Planning services to customers
To provide assistance to customers of major potential with increased need for advisory services, particularly investments
To sell appropriate products to customer
To obtain referral from existing customers
To cross-sell other products / services in DB when appropriate
To be responsible for service to and satisfaction of customers, aiming at long-term customer relationships.
To master all sales process operations and consequently use all resources available.
To compliance with existing bank’s policies and regulations
SELECTION CRITERIA
Degree holder 银行招聘网-www.yinhangzhaopin.com
4 years consumer banking experience in sales function
Knowledge in global financial markets ie. Securities, FX, Bonds, Interest, Indexes….
Knowledge in CBRC regulation
Outstanding communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
Excellent inter-personal skills
A good team player and able to work independently under pressure
