BASIC INFORMATION
BUSINESS TITLE:Sr. Business Banker/ Business Banker
DIVISION:Business Banking Sales, Business Banking, China
DIRECT SUPERVISOR:Solution Leader, Business Banking Solution, BB China
LOCATION: Shanghai
JOB SCOPE
Provide Business Banking (SME) clients with the full range of banking products (cash management, trade finance, credit facilities and innovative investment products.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Meet revenue and expense budgets and balanced scorecard KPIs.
Acquire, retain and grow corporate customers in the assigned region, through effective consultative selling and services that meet customer needs.
Execute the team business plan and tactics to maximize return and minimize operational cost.
Achieve a 80 % customer retention ratio.
Execute all documentation to meet the bank’s control standards.
Comply with Money Laundering Prevention Procedures and be alert at all times to unusual or possibly suspicious customer activity, during account opening and daily monitoring.
