Job Title: Finance Control Officer – Rural Banking
Location: Shanghai

Job Duties:

-To play as key coordinator between Rural Bank Finance and China Headquarter F
inance, to facilitate effective and efficient running of Rural Bank Finance
-To maintain standardised Rural Bank Finance desk-instruction manual / job des
cription so as to streamline Rural Bank Finance workflow and implement valuabl
e initiatives
-To conduct regular visit / provide on-site mentoring to Rural Bank to ensure
full implementation of standard procedure and no repeat of previous audit poin
ts
-To coordinate related tasks for new Rural Bank Finance set up

Job Requirements:

-Bachelor degree majoring in Finance or Accounting ;
-2-5 years’ relevant working experience in financial institution or internati
onal audit firm (with exposure to banking industry) is preferred;
-Good command of written and spoken English;
-Good communication and interpersonal skill;
-Quick learner, self-motivated, willing to travel and able to work under press
ure
