Hang Seng Bank (China) Management Trainee Programme has been established with an objective to build up resource pipeline for executives and functional professional through practical experience and skills training to support China’s diversified business development.

Three streams of specialisation are incorporated in the programme, namely:

Ÿ           Corporate and Commercial Banking

Ÿ           Personal Financial Services

Ÿ           Branch Operations

The programme includes classroom training, on-the-job training, job rotation and attachments to various businesses and functions across Hang Seng Bank (China), as well as in HK.  

To qualify for our MT Programme, you should:

•         Hold a bachelor degree or above

•         Have strong self-motivation, with the ability to work independently and under pressure

•         Possess good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills

•         Have high proficiency in both English and Chinese

•         Have high mobility

•         Have less than two years’ working experience
