Job Title: IT department Intern
Work Location: Beijing

Position Objective:
- Process received emails or hotline calls from application users
- Log request/incident timely into tools with detail information and category/assignee group
- Process pre-defined request(eg, ID release) according to knowledge base
- Communicate with user/assignee for case information, status update, application outage

Requirement:
- Bachelor degree;
- Graduated Year : 2011
- Computer science major is preferred;
- Working at least 4 days a week is highly preferred, during next 6 months
- Good teamwork spirit is needed;
- Fluent in both oral and written English;
- Related internship experience is an advantage.
