　　分为7个岗位方向，分别为行业组、债务融资，并购、区域投行（杭州/济南/南京/广州/长沙/南昌/武汉/郑州/成都/福州/西安/合肥)、综合行业组(北京/上海/深圳)、ECM以及DCM:

　　Positions in 7 divisions: Industry Sector, Debt Financing, M&A, Regional IB(Hangzhou/Jinan/Nanjing/Guangzhou/Changsha/Nanchang/Wuhan/Zhengzhou/Chengdu/Fuzhou/Xi'an/Hefei), General Industry(Beijing/Shanghai/Shenzhen), ECM and DCM:

　　1.行业组、债务融资，并购、区域投行、综合行业组项目助理工作内容包括协助客户关系的开发维护，以及行业/债务融资产品/并购/区域市场/北上深地区区域市场的相应研究和项目立项；Project Assistants in Industry Sectors/Debt Financing /M&A/Regional IB/General Industry will participate in client relations developing and maintaining. The Project Assisstants will also participate in the research of industry/debt financing products/M&A/regional market and realizing project goals;ECM/DCM项目助理工作内容包括：参与股权、债券融资产品的发行方案设计与定价等执行工作及销售协助工作。

　　ECM/DCM Project Assistants will participate in the issuance plan of design, pricing and other implementations work for equity /debt financing and the sale of equity/debt financing products;2. 熟悉、掌握项目实施过程中有关法律、法规要求，并高质量完成各类文件撰写、整理工作；Familiarizing with and mastering relevant regulatory requirements for project implementation, and completing the writing and sorting of various relevant documents with high quality;3. 熟悉、掌握与发行人及各中介机构的协调沟通工作。

　　Familiarizing with and mastering skills of coordination and communication between CITICS, issuers, and other intermediaries.

　　任职资格要求

　　1. 国内2021年应届生及海外2020/2021年毕业生，全日制硕士或博士在校生，金融、财务、经济、法律、信息技术、生物医药、机械制造等各类专业；2021 Master and PhD graduates from domestic universities，and 2020/2021 Master and PhD graduates from overseas universities in the following preferred fields: Finance, Business, Economics, Law, Electronic Information Resources, Biomedicine, Machine Manufacturing;2. 优秀的学习能力，强烈的成就动机，较强的抗压能力；Outstanding learning ability, highly motivated and able to work under stress;3. 较强的逻辑分析能力，良好的沟通、表达能力；Strong logical, analytical, communication, and presentation skills;4. 良好的开拓创新、组织协调能力以及团队合作、敬业精神；Excellent innovative mindset, leadership qualities, strong team work consciousness and high enterprising spirit;5. 具备较好的财务专业基础；

　　Strong background in finance;

　　6. 具备优秀的英语听说读写能力；

　　Excellent English reading and writing skills;7. 学习成绩优异，通过CPA、CFA、法律职业资格等考试者优先。

　　Excellent academic performance, certified completion of CPA, CFA, professional legal qualifications and other examinations is preferred.
