　　工作职责

　　Relationship Manager/Senior Manager,Corporate Banking

　　1.Provide professional financial solutions,develop and maintain customer portfolios,i.e.SOE,POE,listed companies or PE etc.

　　2.Promote banking products,including cross-border and offshore acquisition financing,privatization financing,leverage financing,project financing,share-backed financing,project financing,bilateral loans,syndication loans and bond investment,as well as general banking products,explore business opportunities with prospective customers,

　　3.Implement agreed business plan to achieve pre-set sales/revenue targets.

　　4.Conduct due diligence,design financing proposal,prepare credit proposals,credit analysis and risk management on overall portfolios.

　　1.为客户提供专业的金融业务建议，开发及维系良好的客户关系,主要客群为国央企、大型民企、上市公司及大型私募股权投资机构等。

　　2.推广银行全方位金融产品,包括跨境/海外并购融资、私有化融资、杠杆收购融资、股权抵押融资、项目融资、双边贷款、银团贷款及信用债投资等信贷产品，及一般商业银行的公司银行业务，发掘业务机会及积极拓展业务。

　　3.执行既定业务计划并完成相应业务指标。

　　4.开展尽职调查、设计贷款方案、撰写授信文件、推动授信业务审批及负责贷投后风险管理工作。

　　任职要求

　　1.Degree holder or above in Finance,Accounting,Economics,Mathematics or related disciplines.

　　2.At least 5 years of corporate banking experience,especially in large corporate segments.

　　3.ACRP/CCRP(CL)、FRM、CPA or CFA holder is preferable.

　　4.Sales-oriented,aggressive and self-motivated with excellent marketing,fast learning and communication skills.

　　5.Good proposal tailor-made,credit analysis and report writing skills.

　　6.Good command of written and spoken in English and Chinese(Cantonese&Mandarin).

　　7.Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Manager.

　　1.全日制大学本科或以上学历,主修金融、会计、经济及数理科等相关专业。

　　2.具有5年或以上企业金融客户管理工作经验，具备大型企业客户关系管理经验者优先考虑。

　　3.持有ACRP/CCRP(CL)、FRM、CPA及CFA等专业资格证书更佳。

　　4.具备良好的市场触角、客户管理及沟通技巧，自我导向，快速学习，积极进取。

　　5.良好方案设计、授信分析及报告撰写能力。

　　6.良好中英文语言及书写能力。

　　7.经验较优者将考虑为高级经理。

　　工作职责

　　Head of Corporate Banking Division

　　1.Acquire and explore new business opportunities for the Corporate Banking business unit through strong network with Chinese Mainland branches in cross-border and offshore acquisition financing,new syndication loans,investment banking,securities firms and private equity…etc.

　　2.Focus on key client segments including state-owned and central state-owned enterprises,leading private enterprises,and locally listed companies.Build in-depth business relationships through comprehensive service solutions and streamlined processes.

　　3.Conduct comprehensive risk management for the existing client portfolio.

　　4.Oversee full departmental management and lead the team to achieve departmental performance targets.

　　1.建立对公业务部门批量获客管道，通过行内协同、银团、投行、券商、私募等管道获客，打造批量获客模式。

　　2.聚焦国央企、龙头民企、本地上市企业等客群，通过整体的服务方案和流程，与客户建立深入的业务关系。

　　3.对存量业务进行全面风险管理工作。

　　4.负责部门全面管理及建设部门人才梯队,带领团队完成分行下达的指标。

　　任职要求

　　1.Bachelor's degree or above,preferably in Finance,Accounting,Economics,Mathematics,Statistics,or related disciplines.

　　2.Minimum 15 years of relevant work experience,with experience in large-enterprise relationship management and business unit leadership.

　　3.Strong understanding of banking operations and processes in both Chinese Mainland and Hong Kong.Familiar with the regulatory frameworks of both jurisdictions is an advantage.

　　4.Strong market insight,client management capabilities and team-building ability.Excellent communication skills and a proven track record in new business development.

　　2.具有15年或以上相关工作经验，大型企业客户关系管理经验及业务部门管理经验优先考虑。

　　3.熟悉国内及香港银行业务运作及流程，了解两地银行监管制度者更佳。
