Responsibilities :
- Monitor health status of LAN/WAN and Internet connection, perform operation and housekeeping tasks on email, application & database servers
- Answer emergency call from users, log call and provide assistance to users via phone
- Escalation exceptions and urgent case to second level support at local or other office
- Log health check result and brief engineer in follow on shift on outstanding call for continuation and follow up
Report work in shift hours :
- Be on shft duty with 5 days work follow by 2 days off in roster. Shift duty will cover Saturday and Sunday as well as public holiday based on roster.
- Report work for either late evening or night shift.(shift on public holiday will be given compensation time off)
- Late shift : 6 pm - 2 am next day
- Night shift : 1 am - 9 am

Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree on computer science or equivalent experience
- At least 1 ~ 2 years working experience in IT area, familiar with MS Office and Windows OS.
- Hands on experience in MS Windows Server network environment
- Ideally possess MCSE or CCNA
- Meticulous, prudent and willing to work in shift hours during late evening and overnight including possible public holiday days
- Good inter personal and communication skills
